The junior football section of Tattenhall Recreation Club was formed in 2001/2002 season. We have U-11 and U-15 teams playing on Sundays in the Chester & District Junior Football League. We also have Under 9, and Under 10 teams entered in The Chester & District Junior Football League Mini Soccer Divisions and are aiming to develop an Under 6,Under 7 and Under 8 groups once we have established parental support (see “situations vacant” below).

Training sessions are held on Saturday mornings, for boys and girls of all ages up to 10 years old, on the Club pitch.
Saturday September - March , Training  and Mini Soccer League matches 10.00-12.00 and and Mini Soccer League matches k.o. 10.30  
Sunday September - March , Chester & District Junior Football League U-11 and U-15 matches k.o. 2.00pm.

We need help in the following areas in each of the sections:
Coaches: To operate training /coaching sessions. We need as many people as possible to be able to cover the coaches role, ultimately you will have the opportunity to undertake the FA Level 1 Coaching Course.
Managers: To organise fixtures + supervise teams at matches
Referees: At matches (as required)
Drivers: To help with transport to away games
Team helpers: To help supervise children and to help set up equipment
A co-ordinator/administrator: To advise players/parents of where to go & who’s doing what. Collect fee’s, complete register & deposit money.
A social provider Welcome away teams & advise of facilities Organise & serve drinks
