Coaching at Tattenhall
Introduction
Welcome to International Tennis Coaching at Tattenhall Sports club! My name is Stephen Wright. My first experience of tennis was at the age of 4 in Spain where I lived for four years. Starting young has given me the opportunity to develop all the skills necessary to play to the best of my potential and I would therefore encourage youngsters of a similar age to partake in fun based group coaching. At the age of 15, I moved to the Gold Coast. I was ranked no.10 in the 18/U boys singles in Queensland, Australia. At 18 I moved back to my homeland Scotland, where I was part of Stirling University’s International Tennis Scholarship Program as well as undertaking a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. While at University I was given the opportunity to tour Arkansas and Texas in the USA playing some of their top tennis Universities. Tennis has taken me all over the world, allowed me to meet interesting people, kept me fit and most importantly provided me with much fun and enjoyment.
Tattenhall's Coaching Activities:
Monday
- 4:30-5:30 Mini Tennis Red (4-7yrs)
- 5:30-6:30 Junior Club Night (All Welcome, £4.50 members / £6.50 non members)
- 6:30-7:30 Bronze Squad (9-14yrs)
- 7:30-8:30 Silver Squad (12-16yrs)
Pricing
Coaching costs £36 for 6 lessons (10% discount for 2 or more family members)
Please note:- The reduced rate for Junior Club Night is only applicable to juniors who have paid the £5 tennis section fee in addition to the Recreation Club annual fee

Over 12 to 18 £20.00

Friday Morning sessions to start 25th January
- 9:30 am - 11:00 am Drills and Doubles play
Saturday afternoon sessions to start 26th January
- 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm Stroke technique and Doubles play
