Coaching at Tattenhall
Introduction
Welcome to International Tennis Coaching at Tattenhall Sports. My name is Stephen Wright. My first experience of tennis was at the age of 4 in Spain where I lived for four years. Starting young has given me the opportunity to develop all the skills necessary to play to the best of my potential and I would therefore encourage youngsters of a similar age to partake in fun based group coaching. At the age of 15, I moved to the Gold Coast. I was ranked no.10 in the 18/U boys singles in Queensland, Australia. At 18 I moved back to my homeland Scotland, where I was part of Stirling University’s International Tennis Scholarship Program as well as undertaking a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. While at University I was given the opportunity to tour Arkansas and Texas in the USA playing some of their top tennis Universities. Tennis has taken me all over the world, allowed me to meet interesting people, kept me fit and most importantly provided me with much fun and enjoyment.
This year we have a new Coach Paul Oldfield who will be working hard to provide the Club with it's coaching needs and building up our Junior contingent

CURRENTLY RUN MINI-TENNIS, JUNIOR TENNIS & HOLIDAY CAMPS. ALL LESSONS USE MODIFIED EQUIPMENT & COURT SIZES DEPENDING ON ABILITY TO MAKE LEARNING ENJOYABLE & FUN. ALL GROUP LESSONS RUN ON A 6-WEEK CYCLE. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR MORE INFORMATION ON:-

- 5:30-6:30pm Tennis Orange (7-9yrs)
- 6:30-7:30pm Bronze Squad (9-12yrs)
- After Easter a Green session is to be introduced
Friday
- 5:30-6:30pm Greens
- 6:30-7:30pm Bronze Squad
- More sessions planned after Easter
May (Whitsun) Tennis Camp 31st May - 4th June
- 12:30am - 2:30pm 4-8yrs
- 2:30pm - 4:30pm 9-14yrs
- Cost £55 (£68 non-members)
Additional classes can be set up upon request - a minimum of 4 players are required.

£36 for a 6 week course (members) One hour sessions
£48 for a 6 week course (non-members) One hour sessions
(10% discount for 2 or more family members)
Please note:- The reduced rates are only applicable to juniors who are paidup members of the Recreation Club
