The Tennis section of Tattenhall Recreation Club is ideal for both the competitive player and those playing for fitness and pleasure. It caters for all ages and grades of player. We have mixed and Ladies' teams both playing in the Chester and District Tennis League along with Under-16s and Under-14s in the Chester Junior League. Group and individual coaching is available for both seniors and juniors with an LTA Qualified Club Coach. We run weekly Junior (Mondays) and Senior (Tuesdays) Club Nights (pop down and say hello, everyone welcome), and hold regular senior mixed-doubles and junior tournaments throughout the season, all of which gives our members the opportunity to meet and play other players.

Club facilities are among the best in the area; our two courts have an all-weather surface and floodlights allowing play throughout the year.

The section also has a very active social calendar with regular events such as barbecues, quiz nights, dance evenings and the like. See News & Events page for more details of what's coming up in the year ahead. (We even get round to playing tennis sometimes!)
