Celebration of the Paralympic Games

Well the sun shone and it was just great to see everyone turning up in droves for our last Friday at the Flacca this year: a Celebration of the Paralympics. ....and what a celebration!

Massive thanks to AJ Jackson, Brendan and the team from Cheshire Phoenix Wheelchair Basketball Club – for bringing along sports chairs, basketball nets, AJ's kit from Sydney 2000 Paralympics, and for organising the fun sessions of wheelchair basketball.

Across the other side of the Flacca, PT Simon Fox ran further sports' races and activities for the kids, assisted by his trusty helper, baby Arthur!
