Croquet

Tattenhall Croquet Club was set up in 2012. Since then we have gradually improved our playing skills and have created a new lawn which is now of a good standard.

The Club offers excellent facilities and car parking, and it has often been commented by visiting clubs that we have the best views in the NW Federation of Croquet Clubs! In 2019 we were proud to be awarded the Croquet Association Townsend Trophy for the Club with the most improved facilities!

We are a friendly club with members of varying abilities: most play Golf Croquet but we now have an increasing number playing Association Croquet. We welcome new members irrespective of experience and ability. Coaching and all equipment are provided to get you started.

Members can book online to play at any time throughout the week, including weekends. Club Roll-Up Sessions take place on Tuesdays 2pm – 4pm (Golf), Wednesdays 10am – Noon (Association) and Thursdays 4pm – 7pm (Golf).

We are a member of the Croquet Association and the North West Federation of Croquet Clubs, and currently play friendly matches against other nearby clubs. We also host private hiring for social groups and corporate events.
