What's On This Week: In and around the Club, Fixtures below.

The Cricket season finally got under way last week; and this week it is looking busy for all teams, from U9s to Over 40s. See fixtures below. Men's Tennis has returned to the Chester and District League for the first time in many years, and started their quest last week. Social croquet has also returned, the lawns all duly prepared and dried out!

As always, spectators are encouraged to come and support – Bacon baps and hot drinks are available on Saturday mornings from the Clubhouse, with the bar opening midday.

Bottomless Cheese and Wine Quiz Night Thursday, 9 May
The inaugural QUIZ night is taking place at the Flacca on the 9th May. It promises to be a fun evening with a good crowd.

It's teams of 4 at £5.00 per head, with each team getting a bottle of Merlot or Pino Grigio with a "bottomless" supply of assorted cheese and crackers
